Do not stay here. Needs to be investigated. by TABC for dispensing free beer and wine without checking ID. Rough crowd and not family friendly. Room disgusting, matted dirt everywhere, and deplorable bathroom. Refused to change room or let me speak to manager. Overtly lied we would get refund if we left. We did and outright fraud under Texas law. I am attorney in hospitality industry since 1990 and I know horrible when I see it. Reported this to management company which could care less . Staff rude and snickered when we left. Oh, and nonsense response of “owner” is imbecilic and shows they could care less!! This brand needs to be discontinued!!! Ugh! Have stayed here several times in recent years. Just keeps going downhill. Sad because at one time, it was a great property with clean, comfortable rooms. Staff is awesome and food is fine. The rooms...different story.
